SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed with J Paige will generally ship within 1-2 weeks.
If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact J Paige with your request. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify J Paige through email: paige@jpaigeco.com as early as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on all full-price orders* within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information and indicate whether you prefer a return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have received free shipping and want to make a return for a full refund, we will deduct a $9.99 shipping/restocking fee from your refund. Exchanges or returns for store credit may be made at no additional charge.

International customers are able to order from our website but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
